About Human Collective

We are a small practice with a quietly ambitious purpose — to help good people lead and live well.

Founded by Suzy Ning and Clare Wild, Human Collective brings together decades of experience in leadership, psychology and wellbeing. Our work is warm, evidence-informed and deeply human — designed to nurture the kind of growth that lasts.

Our three pillars

A simple shape for meaningful change.

Connect

We begin with relationship. Honest conversation, shared experience, and the quiet trust that lets people show up as themselves.

Evolve

Growth that is reflective, not reactive. We hold space for the inner work that lasting leadership and wellbeing ask of us.

Thrive

A way of working — and living — that sustains. Energy and purpose that doesn't cost you your health, relationships, or self.

The Collective

Quiet notes,
once a month.
